 We follow the warranty policy issued by the International, Domestic or Bangladesh Computer Society (BCS) and Specific Brand for each product.
Customer needs to check closely before unbox the product like color, model, specs and size.
Customer will get purchase reward points for each product and he/she can redeem this point on his/her next purchase.
If customer wants to upgrade like RAM, SSD, HDD or etc then it’s totally his/her responsibility if any damage happen while upgrading.
Before unboxing any products, customer must have to pay the agreed price. Please remember after unboxing, there is not a single option for cancel the deal. If customer would like to cancel the deal then he/she has to pay 20% of product cost.
 If a defect is found immediately after the sale of a product covered by the warranty, the defect is removed through repair and it is immediately changed according to the type of product. In addition, the product of a particular model is not repairable and the same or equivalent product is not available in our stock, then a good product from that model can be replaced by depreciation and price adjustment. On the other hand if customer found any damaged (which is not cover the warranty) outside our outlet then it’s not in our liabilities. Â
 All products do not come with a warranty. Warranty is only valid for products that purchased with a warranty for a given period, mentioned in the bill or invoice issued by iStock BD. Â
 If any software or data is damaged or lost during the use of the product or the service in iStock BD, iStock BD will not carry any responsible. Note that in this case, iStock BD is also not responsible for data recovery or software restoration.Â
 There is no fixed time to return the product after completing the service work. The product of the specific model under warranty, this time can be from 5-6 days to a maximum of 35-40 days or more; this is because in most cases, the parts required for repair do not have sufficient buffer stock in the country, so they have to be imported, which is very time-consumingÂ
For a situation like Global Pandemic or Any Political unrest etc where all the flights are not allowed or stopped and the warranty is over as we can't send abroad iStock BD will take the responsibility to repair it at their own cost anyhow but will need 2-3 months even if necessary as have to arrange parts as they needs to be imported or repaired outside country.
 Consumers are informed that most of the warranty products are not repaired; the parts that are damaged are replaced but in most cases are imported from abroad.Â
 The laptop setup, software installation, and operating system customized at the time of sale are not covered by the warranty.
iStock BDÂ does not apply any kind of password or security code during the delivery of laptops, or any other products. The customer must take full responsibility for the BIOS password of laptops, or any other device. It will not be covered by the warranty.
iStock BDÂ will not be held responsible for any free software or hardware tuning provided by iStock BDÂ during or after the expiration of the warranty period.Â
iStock BDÂ will set the charges, in consent with the customer, for any services that are not covered by warranty.
 A laptop display with one to three dots is ineligible for warranty claims. A customer can claim warranty if there are four or more dots.Â
 If the serial/sticker of the product is partially or completely removed or damaged, it will no longer be able to claim warranty.Â
 If the user writes anything with permanent ink on the product, it will void the warranty.Â
 The warranty does not cover any damage to cables provided with a product regardless of a valid product warranty.
 If the warranty receipt paper of a particular product is lost, the product must be accepted subject to the receipt of its purchase and the provision of proper proof.
Service Warranty Terms and Conditions:
 If the product repairs in another service provider then iStock BD service warranty will be void.Â
 In service warranty, no other laptop accessories (Charger, Cable, Convertor and etc) are not valid for service warranty.
 Customer will bear the transportation cost for any service-related issues.Â
 In case of service warranty, if any parts need to be changed or added Customer will bear the cost of parts if required.Â

Replacement Warranty Terms and Conditions:
 At iStock BD , we offer a service warranty product that immediately replaces any factory manufacturing faults.
 If there is no replacement for a particular model of the product, iStock BD may replace its stock with a similar product from another current brand.
If there is no replacement for a particular model of the product, iStock BDÂ may give a cash back of the product.
 For replacement warranty of product first, you need to send the product to our store and we will take 1-3days to diagnose the product before making a replacement warranty active.
 You must provide all the accessories (Box, Charger, Cable, Plastic Package, etc) that were provided with the product at the time of purchase. If any accessories are left out, your replacement warranty voided.
 You must give the original receipt for the purchase of the product. If any other document is given, it should also be given.Â
 Any internal or external scratch, written mark, or and missing box accessories are void replacement warranty. But you may get a service warranty to depend on the product category.
 In case of any defect due to careless use such as getting wet in water, breaking, burning, injury, deep scratch marks, etc it will not be covered by warranty. May also void your service warranty.Â
1 Year Apple Official or Parts Warranty Terms and Conditions (MacBook & iPad, iPhone):
Please Note: We are not Apple official Reseller but we do give the Apple Standard Limited warranty service support for Apple products purchased from us in the following way.
iStock BDÂ helps to claim a 1-year official warranty from Malaysia/Singapore.
*MacBook 1-year Official Warranty is an Apple brand warranty from Apple Inc. We claim warranty for our respective customers from Malaysia/Singapore Official Apple Service Centre. So Apple Service Centre is responsible for the repair or replacement as per Apple Standard Limited Hardware Warranty.
 *For inactive product, 1-year Official warranty provides from date of purchase.Â
 *As we claim the hardware warranty from abroad we usually take a minimum 1 month to 1.5 month time, it can take an additional time for flight issue due to Pandemic or Any other sudden Country issues up-to uncertain period of time depending on the situation.
*Please send the warranty product minimum of 20 days before the warranty date is over, as we claim the warranty from Apple Service Center abroad Malaysia/Singapore needs additional shipping time.
*You can check or ask for sample previous customer service report papers in-store to verify we give Official Apple Authorized warranty from Apple Authorized Service Center abroad. You get a Similar Document for your product after returned from Warranty (Note- Sometimes it can be missing because of the shipping system).
*Our responsibility to make sure the product is inactive or purchase not validated condition in Apple website Check.Â
 For a situation like Global Pandemic or Any Political unrest etc where all the flights are not allowed or stopped and the Warranty is over during that period of time as we can't send abroad, iStock BD will arrange to Fix/Repair the device all the issues as much as possible in Country or from Outside the country. The Customer takes Full Cost responsibility. Also might even need 2-3 months even if necessary as have to arrange parts as they needs to be imported or repaired outside country. The device might be partially unfixed too; the customer is most welcome to get it repaired from other service Centre as he wishes.
 In the case of Apple Mac Book, the installation of other operating systems (dual boot) deleting MacOS will void the warranty of the product.Â
 All products do not come with a warranty. Warranty is only valid for products that purchased with a warranty for a given period time, mentioned in the bill or invoice issued by iStock BD.
SERVICE Warranty/Service Support Terms and Conditions (Windows, MacBook, iPhone & iPad etc)
iStock BD provide 1-year service warranty.
Service Warranty only includes software and hardware diagnosis and parts installation support. Any Repair cost, Servicing costs, parts cost needed are all fully paid Support.
So read carefully service warranty terms columns above.
In cases where the warranty will not be valid or can be obtained conditionally:
 In case of any defect due to careless use such as getting wet in water, breaking, burning, injury, deep scratch marks, etc it will not be covered by warranty.Â
 If the serial/sticker of the product is partially or completely removed or damaged, it will no longer be able to claim warranty.Â
 Fungus or rust on the main board, graphics card, and RAM will void the warranty for the particular part or device.Â
