A TrueDepth system on the device's front camera will allow users to unlock the device with facial recognition. The new 12MP ultra-wide camera comes with a 120-degree field of view. The new feature called Center Stage that the camera would automatically pan to follow you around during video calls. Facebook Portal and some smart displays also offer similar features.

The new iPad Pro will support the Smart Keyboard Folio, the Magic Keyboard, and Apple Pencil. The Magic keyboard will be available in a new white color. On the gaming side, the new device will also support PS5 and Xbox controllers with haptics.

The new iPad Pro uses a 100 per cent recycled aluminium enclosure. They use 100 per cent recycled rare earth elements for the magnets in the section and the speakers.

The new iPad Pro comes in two sizes, as the previous 11-inch option and a 12.9-inch option, and the weights will be starting at 1.03 pounds and 1.5 pounds, respectively. Both configurable with up to 2TB of storage and 16GB of RAM. It comes with a 20W USB-C power adapter and a one-meter USB-C charging cable. The 12.9-inch model has a 40.88 watt-hour battery, and the smaller device has a 28.65 watt-hour battery.

Apple claims the iPad Pro also include Liquid Retina XDR, which Apple says delivers "XDR-level brightness, a new Mini-LED screen. The 2732 x 2048 display has 10,000 Mini LEDs and will reach 1,000 nits of brightness and a one million-to-one contrast ratio. These all come with only 12.9-inch models, and the 11-inch models will arrive at 2388 x 1688 resolution with a regular Liquid Retina display, which will make brightness out at 600 nits.
